Questions

Asked before starting.

What is the difference between an opinion and an expert report?

An opinion advises you. An expert report is independent evidence for a court or tribunal, and the expert's duty is to the court, not to the client.

Can you be our expert if you already act for our client in Egypt?

Usually not. Acting for a party in related Egyptian proceedings can undermine an expert's independence, so we check this before accepting.

Is the first call free?

Yes. Up to 30 minutes to understand your task and explain how we would work. It is not legal advice; advice starts once the engagement letter is signed and the first stage is paid.
