Questions
What people ask before they start.
Is the first call really free?+
Yes. Up to 30 minutes, with no obligation. It is not legal advice; that starts once you have agreed the quote and signed the engagement letter.
Do I have to travel to Egypt?+
Usually not. Most steps can be taken by my team under a power of attorney that you sign where you live.
How do I pay?+
By bank transfer, against an invoice, once you have agreed the quote and signed the engagement letter. We will never change our bank details by email; always confirm them with us by phone or video.
Will anyone else find out?+
No. What you tell me is confidential, and nothing is shared without your permission.
Can I write to you in Arabic?+
Yes, in Arabic or English, including Egyptian dialect.
